Bank transfer and Credit/Debit Card are our preferred methods of payment.
For courses and holidays, a 25% deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due one month before your arrival date.
Any bookings made within 4 weeks of the course/holiday commencement date are payable in full at the time of booking.
All prices quoted include local taxes.
If we are able to resell your place, these charges will be reduced to a nominal administrative fee of €100, and the remainder of the new participant's rebooking fees received will be refunded to you.
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
In the very unlikely event that we have to reschedule a holiday or course, you will be immediately offered a 100% refund. We will then work with you to get you booked onto the next available course of your choice.

Travel to and from France is not included. We can provide advice on the best travel options.
We never store your bank or credit card details on any site. All payment transactions are processed securely through Square, and are one-time only.
We cater to all dietary requirements with advance notice. Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences at the time of booking.
Our holidays have a maximum capacity of 6 guests to ensure a personal, intimate experience. For groups larger than 5, please contact us to discuss bespoke arrangements.
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, participation in activities is at your own risk. We recommend that all guests have appropriate travel and health insurance.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.
We may take photographs during your stay for use on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know upon arrival.
